Called Dab towing. They said they will pick up car in 30 to 60 min. Didn't show up or call me to say they would be late. I called them and was told it would be at least 3 hrs but for another $70 they could have someone there in 30 min. I canceled the tow. Next day my bank is tell me about fraud charges on the credit card I used at Dab towing. I'd push the car home before I would call this scam company again. Beware!!
Absolutely the most horrible business I've had to deal with. Waited to 2 hours for no service. Called the business several times just to get the same answer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS!!!!
Called and got a guy that didn't speak English very well. It took so long to take my information i almost hung up Was told I couldn't pay cash . Just seemed like a scam so I called Tony's towing and they took care of me.
From everything I've heard from other people in the area this place is not even a towing service they contract out with other local towing services when they do have an unfortunate customer call them. They wanted to charge my husband and I $800 to be towed 10 ft out of some sand. They are a rip off! Do not use!
I called at 5 am to request a car tow. I was told that the wait would be approximately 1 hour. It is currently 10:30 am and my car has still not been towed. Instead of admitting that they forgot, they instead blamed traffic for the delay.
It took them 3 hours and I'm still waiting. Bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! All the calls are forwarded to a call center. Where they barely speak English. Worst toeing service I've ever dealt with in my life!!!
I called after breaking down on a Sunday, and the answering service said they couldn't send someone out without coordinates. I gave her the highway I was on, the road I was just south of, and the mile marker in front of my car. That wasn't enough. She still needed "coordinates." Save your time. Call another towing company.
Just wanted to give Jonathan a 100 stars for saving our lives today. He was fast and great on changing my tire. He was really friendly. He made me sooo happy ! Thank you sooo much!
One must understand the wrecker business before making a review. Getting towed is not a pleasant experience for anyone. They are under contract by these apartment complexes to tow any unauthorized vehicles 24:7. City of Wilmington's desperate need for parking only makes things worse. Earl is a good man and very active in the community and if there was a wrong he will make it right.
Called to get my truck towed from daphne to silverhill 13 miles they told me. They wanted $284... another company charged me$85. I will never recommend nor use these services
My vehicle broke down close to my home . Dab's did everything they said they were going to do and charged me half what another company wanted . I was impressed with their communications , value , & professionalism . I highly recommend them .
I was very thankful for the professionalism and friendly service I got with Dab's Towing Service. The driver who took care of me when my car broke down. I will share his information with all my friends and family. My sister was with me and was so impressed she also asked for a business card!
